There is a way to do this. Remove the Realtech drivers and thenb reboot the computer. Windows will install a high deffinition audio driver, and you will be able to use the mic. I have actually done this, and it does work. Make sure you have either a Braille display connected or someone sighted available in case something goes wrong though.

Does any of you have a hp probook 650 computer? Are they good with jaws. Then I would like to warn you all on this list. If you buy a computer, see very carefully what sound chip you get. With realtek audio you can't use your mic at all. with skype, recording etc. I just want to tell you so you don't need to put so much work on it that I did. /Kristoffer -- Kristoffer Gustafsson Salängsgatan 7a tel:033-12 60 93 mobil: 0730-500934 _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com _______________________________________________ Jfw mailing list [email protected] http://lists.the-jdh.com/mailman/listinfo/jfw_lists.the-jdh.com
