The way I do it is, first, I create a folder in "My Documents" and call it something like "JAWS Settings". Next, I go into the "Explore My Settings" section of JAWS from the programs menu, then I copy everything from that folder onto the clipboard. Finally, I go into my new folder "JAWS Settings" which I've created in "My Documents", and I paste the contents of the clipboard into that folder. You can name your folder whatever is easy for you to remember, and save it where you can easily find it.
