Another thing that needs to be done is to delete the huge digest from the email you send. The last one was some 80 pages long, and provided no clue as to the context of the actual question. You could copy the portion of the digest you are referring to, and paste that into a new email, with an appropriate subject line, your question, then paste in the portion from the digest that prompted your question. I know this sounds like asking a lot, but once you do this, you will find it takes only a few seconds, and will vastly improve your chances of getting a helpful response. Without doing the above, there was simply no way to know what the author was talking about!
