What version of JAWS are you using, and with what web browser? Some older
versions of JAWS have been known to play up with Blackboard on occasion.

That's strange because I have never had any accessibility issues with
Blackboard, except for the Java-based voice e-mail tool.

I am connected to Blackboard, and the navigation keys are not working, Jaws
is not announcing when I am on the buttons, and all I hear is graphic and
some numbers.
