Tim, thanks for your reply. I've been digging into this tonight, and here's
what I've found.

First, Windows+; is an excellent tip, thanks for posting it.

I can also do insert+shift+r to bring up a list of revisions and jump to one
as I wish.

Another way to quickly move through revisions and comments is to use
navigation quick keys. Turn them on with insert+z, then "r" moves to next
revision and "n" moves to next comment.

Finally, I can change JAWS settings for Word with insert+v, then find track
changes, and there is a combo box to adjust the verbosity (among other
things).

I'm developing quite a toolkit here. This is all pretty helpful. But, still
interested in hearing how others out there deal with track changes in Word.
