I wouldn't delete all cookies as some are important, so I advise to manually 
remove the ones you'd like and not all of them.

After you click on Internet options you should be in the "general" tab. So then 
just tab down to the "Browsing history delete button and hit spacebar. 
There are several settings there, at least one will be about deleting cookies 
...

Under internet options, where would you find the option to delete cookies? I 
have gone through the different pages, but did not find a choice about cookies. 
I'm sure it is there, just do not know what to look under.
