Hi list friends,
Not sure if this is a JAWS question, but I keep getting this thing called "Support Assist" coming up on my computer. I tried to open it up, but could not get it to open. I tried using the JAWS cursor and it would not read anything, so apparently, JAWS doesn't see this. I would like to just get rid of this thing. I have a dell laptop that has the full keyboard windows 8.1 and Jaws 16, latest update. Any ideas on this would greatly be appreciated.
