I have used this feature last night, and have not encountered this issue
either.

Hello listmembers:
I am unable to access any of the topic issues in the JAWS Help menu. When I
open Keyboard Commands and then select Keystrokes for Popular Applications,
and then press the F6 key to access the content, all JAWS reads is a blank
page. Pressing the F6 key twice brings me back to the Treeview.
I don't know if this is a keyboard issue, or a PC issue, which I suspect it
is.
Two tech support specialists at Freedom Scientific that I spoke with stated
that they have not encountered this issue from JAWS users.
Any insights or specific corrective solutions would be appreciated.
