It explains why FS can't get rid of all the bugs before the software is
released to the public, as well as why new bugs come up.

It is amazing the different things that happens to different people when
updates come out.  I am having to use JAWS 15 for web pages and on many
emails Thunderbird completely locks up with JAWS 16.
