You are likely running into an inconsistency based on the zoom level. The PC cursor mode is going to report the font size that is selected for the passage (what would be used if the document were printed) while the jaws cursor mode is going to report the font size that was actually used for the screen font. On top of the zoom level the screen font is also subject to adjustment based on your system's DPI scaling.
