OS is the usual abbreviation for operating system. Add a lowercase "I"
before it, and maybe you think of Apple. Jenny is reporting that the app

In defense of Netflix, they have always fixed problems in the past. I just
wish that they would fix problems before they break them.
I have subscribed to Netflix for many years. There have been several bad
sites. Eventually, they did fix them. So there is hope.
