Hi Joe, I've never worked with Windows Live Mail because I have always used either Outlook or webmail services, but you may still find the below tip helpful. In Outlook, when you start typing in the "to" field, JAWS will announce the selected contact as it pops up. Based on your post, this is also the case in Windows Live Mail. When this happens, try pressing down arrow to navigate to the e-mail address you wish to insert into your message. For instance, referring to your example, when you type "Joe" and Joe's first e-mail address is selected, see if down arrowing will get you to the other ones. Let us know if this works for you.
