Hi Keith,

Try the following:

1. Open the Settings Center & then the default Settings Center for all
applications.
2. Arrow down to, Web / HTML / PDFs, & press right arrow to open.
3. Arrow down to, Miscellaneous, right arrow to open.
4. Arrow down to, Allow Web Application Reserve keystrokes, & press the
spacebar to check it.
5. Tab to, Apply, press the spacebar, tab to the, Okay button, press enter
to save & close.
HTH
Take care.
Mike

Hi, Keith. This menu item is only in the very latest update to JAWS. It was
discussed here on the list a couple of days ago, but since I don't have that
version of JAWS, I can't tell you where it is. All I know is that it is a
check box, and that it is called "Allow Application Reserved Keystrokes".
