Called Apple support and had them view my screen when this happened. We
found a workaround to shift tab to get to the control I needed to remove
the messed up playlist.
Apple support was able to see the crash.

I wonder. Do crash reports get sent to FS when Jaws crashes and
restarts or are we supposed to send a bug report?
