Hi, Hmmm, how can I explain this... A toast notification is like a help balloon except it doesn't really act as such. Once this appears, it'll go away after a few seconds, and you can actually interact with it by pressing Windows+V while it is shown. You can ignore them, and if you do, they'll live in Action Center until you clear them all (pressing Windows+A will open Action Center). Hope this helps. Cheers, Joseph
