Try this: 1. Hit the Windows key, then open All Programs. 2. Arrow down (or use 1st key nav) until you hear "JAWS 16.0 closed". Right arrow to open. 3. Arrow down until you hear "Explore JAWS closed". Again, do a right arrow to open. 4. Arrow down to "Explore my settings" and hit enter.
