There is a "default" setting under "Keyboard Manager" within JAWS Utilities. Unfortunately, I have removed what the "default" is, in my Keyboard Manager settings, because I do not use it, and I cannot tell you what that was.
However, I would imagine that someone else will have that information still within their settings.
