Virtual cursor on and off command is JAWS key-z, not Control-z. Control-z is the undo command. -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Adrian Spratt via Jfw Sent: Friday, August 28, 2015 5:16 PM To: The Jaws for Windows support list. <[email protected]> Cc: Adrian Spratt <[email protected]> Subject: RE: Volume for YouTube with IE11 Update. I lost YouTube sound again, and once again tried Tom and Mario's method. This time I was able to reach the mute/unmute, play and volume controls. So to repeat their instructions, open a YouTube page, turn off the virtual cursor by pressing control-z, then tab, or in this case, shift-tab. I think I had to shift-tab just twice. This is in IE11 on a Win7, 64-bit machine. Thanks to both of you. -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Adrian Spratt via Jfw Sent: Wednesday, August 26, 2015 10:40 PM To: The Jaws for Windows support list.
