Hello: If I understand the issue correctly, it sounds like you might need to change your "typing echo" settings in JAWS for use with IE 11. Although the fact that you hear "all" of what you typed into that field, sounds more like something that would happen in that application. However, if it is connected to "typing echo", insert+2 (upper-row of QWERTY keyboard) will allow you to reset this setting to "character", "word", "word and character", or "none. For this application, the setting "may" be on "none". That would explain why you do not hear characters, or words, while you are typing; but, I cannot explain why you do hear "all" of what you typed when you have finished.
Nonetheless, in my view, it would be worth looking at the "typing echo" setting for JAWS while you are actually in your IE 11. If you find that it is set to "none", simply select your prefered setting, and save it for use in that application. Please let me know if this works.
