This is a question regarding a Windows 7 64 bit machine, using JAWS16. My friend had a power outage and afterwords, the computer wouldn't turn on. She had a neighbor come over and read the screen. The 2 choices were (not sure of exact words), start up system repair, or if there was a power outage, to start up Windows normally. The choice of starting Windows normally did the trick.
