In terms of ease of use, is the J-Say product different, in any way, from Dragon Naturally Speaking? Also, how do the prices compare?

With J-Say, dictation is echoed automatically. I did need to lower my resolution on my Surface Pro, as the default setting was too high, and dictation was not echoed.
