I have the problem to some extent. JAWS might be working, but I get no clues with navigation. I run Spell Check; sometimes that helps. I start to unload JAWS, then hit cancel; sometimes that helps. I am optimistic that 17 will remedy that sluggish behavior.
Do you know how to disable Protected Mode? I have some instructions, but beyond getting to Trust Center, I am not getting to any of the Protected items to disable.
