In config.sys there is an item, 'application file for JAWS' with an
'enable' button. I enabled it, and now JAWS speaks
automatically. Fs didn't know, but the windows 10 list pointed me
in the right direction. config.sys is scary, but I only changed
*one statement (LOL).
