Problem is, Barbara, F6 is a toggle, whereas ALT plus D is not.

Yes, Just go to the address bar, Alt plus D, then press control plus a to
select the address bar. Control C to copy the link to the clipboard, then
paste the address in to an email. Hope this helps.
