I would call Microsoft Disability, 800-936-5900. They got mine to read from Insert 3, what a bonus, that wasn't even the reason I called. I had been told that JAWS would not read my unread message count like in Outlook Express, but now it does!
Bye for now, Carolyn -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of judith bron via Jfw Sent: Wednesday, October 28, 2015 9:01 AM To: [email protected] Cc: judith bron <[email protected]> Subject: Outlook help needed Last night my Outlook went crazy and I wasn't receiving messages. We called the ISP and he got it back again, with all my messages from the past month. Now I can't get a count on my messages using insert 3. Also my deleted items folder doesn't seem to be retaining any deleted items. Is there a way to put everything back to normal?
