Thanks. I looked in JAWS Manager, Verbosity and the JAWS Context Menu.
The good thing is that I can get around in those places; I can remember
when I could not.

Bye for now,

Carolyn

Hi all,
Thank you, I did mean to say basic HTML. The layout is just how the page
looks. It does not say layout in the settings. Sorry about that, It was
late, I couldn't sleep, and I had no coffee Lol! Basic HTML is what I
meant.
Everything else I said is correct. I didn't mention that you can just
press X to go through the emails, since each email has a check box. Each
time you press X, it will say that it is unchecked and your screen reader
will read the subject and a little bit of the email. Just press on the
link right below the check box to open it. Take care all. I have had my
coffee, so now I am more alert. Please ask if you have any questions
about using an email web site. By the way, I think that Gmail is the most
accessible and best web site to use for email.

Hi, Carolyn. The setting for how things are presented, what he called
layout, is on the website, not on your computer. In many cases, this is
called either basic view, basic html, or standard view. Standard view is
the one which is harder to read, or which can be more inaccessible. The
one you usually want is called basic html.

I hope this helps you.
