Hey Dan, JAWS 15 does not work with Windows 10 at all. In fact, Windows will show you a list of programs that will not run with Windows 10 when you install it. The only program that it said wouldn't work was JAWS 15. Freedom Scientific reports that the latest update of JAWS 16 or higher are the only working versions to Windows 10.
