I believe so. Open Book, as far as I know, uses its own voicing and isn't
dependent on any version of Jaws. As far as remote access goes, it is my
understanding that you buy that add-on one time and have it forever, as long
as you have authorization to trun 17, or pay the upgrade fee to get it.
