Hi, Judith. To save an attachment in Outlook Express:
1. Open the message.
2. Tab to the list of attachments.
3. Select the attachment you want to save with the Up and Down Arrows.
4. Press the ALT Key and arrow down to Save Attachments.
5. Tab to the Save Button, and press Enter.
There is also a Browse button to select where you want the attachment to be
saved to before you press the Save Button.

Since upgrading to the latest Jaws 16 I haven't saved a music attachment.

just tried saving one the way I always did and it came with the message
from
the email. How do I save it so I just get the attached song? Thanks, JB
