I have no experience with 2013 but I find in 2010 that some times the attachment is embedded in the body of the email. I can usually locate these by a graphic that says something like outlook followed by a bunch of gibberish. I simply locate the graphic and copy it to the clipboard and then paste into windows explorer where it shows up as a regular file with name and extension and all. It might be worth a try. Greetings, I cannot access attachments when using Outlook in Office 2013. I am guessing that they are embedded. Anyone encountered this behaviour? Any work around?
