I learned the hard way - new JAWS, dictionary gone. So, I just reconstructed. That is way easier than JAWS locking up in an e-mail, or as in this case, I could not reply without having to hit Shift Control R instead of just Control R, as I usually do. I even had to do that with a private one to get it to take a reply.
