Has anyone answered your question yet. Are you using Microsoft Outlook or another program. There are quite a few things that could be causing this. I don't think any relate to Jaws specifically but it is frustrating I'm sure. If you would like some help let me know and perhaps I can skype with you and we can figure out what is going on.
