But notice how some of those headings/links don't necessarily relate to Chrome? 
Are you already signed up for another Google service? Whether Google requires 
actual sign-in or recognizes a user of its services, I infer membership is 
involved.

I also got that google login screen as you can see from the message I sent 
Ann where I pasted my screen contents into the message, but if you continue 
arrowing down I think there are more options below.
