Well, I must have missed something.  I thought that the Merge Utility 
disappeared in JAWS V: 17, and that this was the reason for having users store 
their JAWS settings in the cloud.  Are you saying that forcing JAWS users to 
switch to cloud-storage, of their settings, does not happen with V: 17?

If so, there is, as you say, a year to get FS to change this/bring back the 
Merge Utility in future!  I know that this is not exactly what you meant; but, 
it gives me some hope.

Although I will continue to encourage people to complain about this change, I 
will be on the alert for more news.
