I posed a question about it 2 or 3 years ago, tried it, didn't like it. I
can't recall now what it does, but it duplicates a function already present in
JAWS.

I've tried using Caret Browsing, and at times, it gets in the way of navigation
and JAWS speech. I can't speak for anybody else, and I've never heard anyone
else talk about using it.
