Thanks for the clarification, Bill.  You and I need to get together off list 
someday.  I've been using that thing for 3 or 4 years now, and haven't even 
found a USB port, let alone done anything besides playing carts.  Those would 
seem to have great potential for storing media files off line.

What is being talked about is that when you are playing a file on the NLS 
Player, it must reside in a folder called audio+podcasts if there are any other 
talking books on the flash drive. In addition, there should not be any other 
files in this audio+podcasts folder besides mp3 files.
