I don't know key strokes for Excel 2013. But in old excel alt+d I believe there is a delimited function. If between column data info is a space then you can use delimiting function to separate into separate columns. >From an old email message. Alt+d arrow down to text to columns and enter. Wizzard appears, I checkd delimited, next, checked space as delimiter, next After looking at report only 1 line changed. So I typed control+g and enter type a6:a499 to select cells and enter repeated above process and all data from a6:A499 are now in separate columns.
