Here are the basic instructions. First, maybe you know this, but
there are in windows settings what are called tabs. Those are like the
tabs in a notebook, different sections. Within those are selections. For
this broader category I will use the term tabulary so not to confuse them
with tab, as in using the tab key.

The first thing you want to do is take your JAWS cursor to the beginning of
the bottom line of text. The last thing someone said in chat. Hit
control-shift left bracket, which is next to the P. You will hear "setting
frame, top left corner".

Now move the JAWS cursor to the end of that line, or to the scrolldown
mark.
Don't go past that or you could hear other junk you don't want repeated.
Hit control-shift right bracket, two keys over from the P. You will hear
"setting frame, top right corner" and a window will pop open.

Your tabularies will be General, which will be default, Position, Action
and
Real Window.

In General tabulary, first selection is Frame Name. Just call it MIRC
Chat, or whatever you want. Next tab, synopsis, you can leave blank. Next
tab, Description, you can also leave blank. Next tab is echo and you want
to arrow to find Echo All. Next is Assign to Hot Key, skip. Cross Okay,
Cancel and Help and you are back to the tabularies. Arrow across
Position, nothing to change there and land on Action

Tab once to Processing Priority and backspace over whatever is there and
type in one (1). Next tab is New Text Function, which you can skip. Cross
Okay, Cancel and Help back to the tabularies and arrow to the right one to
Real Window.

The first tab is Name, I have nothing. Next is Class and I believe it
fills that in for you, so ignore it. Next is Text; if anything is there,
erase it. Next tab to Okay and enter and you should leave the Frame
Manager
and be back in MIRC.

Now this will read all messages as they come in. However, it will only
read one line, so if someone says something longer than one line, you will
only hear the last line. If you hear something that doesn't make sense,
you know you will have to use your JAWS cursor to arrow up a line of so to
get the full message.

I hope you use this. It really does work and those who choose to ignore it
are really missing out on the chat experience.
