A quicker, less painful, but also less permanent way to get text or HTML back
from Web pages in PDF is to use the form at:

http://access.adobe.com/simple_form.html

Plug the URL of the document you want into the form (including name &
extension
of the PDF file), submit it, & await the result.

I don't think this wrinkle was mentioned before.
