Has anybody downloaded tclock.exe from a sight

It is a really great program that not only tells the time, it is supposed
to tell the date as well. You pick your font style, colors, etc, and the
same with the date.
Can anybody tell me how speech friendly this is with Jaws if they've got
this. I don't know if it is reading everything, though it seems to. Can
someone tell me how to make the time and date appear without changing the
taskbar size. Because it is not giving me the option to save both the time
and date on the taskbar, I think I may have to make my taskbar larger. Does
anybody know how to widen the taskbar without the use of eyes? I have seen
some of you writing how to move the taskbar, but I have yet to see anything
on how to enlargen it to fit a date and time. Then can some one tell me how
to make both the date and time appear at the same time?
