Hello,
thanks for the tip, the one about the effects and animations in control
panel was driving me crazy as was it's view as web page. And unless I'm
mistaken, control panel has separate view settings than either my
computer or windows explorer, because it was set to view as web page
while the other two were not. Anyone correct me if i'm off on this one.
