Beth,
Guess what! i just changed to dec express! Everything is working great,
until I went into Eudora.
When I got in, all I did was to get into a box with 50 emails, did a
control/hone and wouldn't you know it, the dec freaked out, turned itself
off, reboot itself all in about one minute, then wound up right where I
left it inside eudora in a box, but when I did an up or down arrow , it
froze totally.
Have you heard of this:? If so, do you know of any solution.
I have come to the conclusion that the dec, except for the tome, is a
belfow average card. The only reason it is thought of as good is word of
mouth, techs who pump ups its popularity. You know the more a tech gets for
something, the more commission they make, so why souldn't they promote the
dec? its made in this country I think, so they may even get more of a
percentage. If you took the dec and ran it against any other card, double
talk, key note, etc., it wouldn't fair nearly as well as if you just asked
a tech if it was a good card and if you just went by their word as how it
compares to any other card.
Very average, slow, many problems, over priced, and no one really knows how
to use it or fix it when something goes wrong. What kind of card is that?
