The "unread message"  label for that particular graphic is actually
controlled
in 2 separate jgf files.  The first being MSIMNUI.JGF and that is
the one that is changed by the graphics manager when reading the lists.

The other is OUTLLIB.JGF and that is the one that is likely
causing your problem.  You will probably need to load that file
