Hi William,
You can read through any message with the up and down arrow keys. But,
I think, by far a better option is to use the Insert+down arrow key
combination. Not Control down-arrow as you stated in your original
message. If you have made a mistake, try this and see if things don't
improve for you.

Hello. I wonder if someone can help me. I recently installed
Eudora
Light version 3.06. I have been having trouble reading messages. I
asked
someone with sight to look at the screen while I was attempting to open
a
message. I suspect it may be a Jaws problem, because the message is
opening
when it should. Then when I press the ctrl down-arrow to read the
message,
the message goes away. Jaws then reads the list of subjects and the
first
line of the message.
