You sure do ask a lot of questions. That's cool.
I'll take a crack at some of them.

>1. When a new web page is pulled up, shouldn't Jaws start reading it
>automatically? IF not, what is the correct procedure to read the page?
< Yes, jfw should start reading it once it is loaded. Maybe you aren't
waiting long enough for it to be loaded? When in doubt, I use insert+f5 to
reformat the screen.
>
>2. Once you have reformatted a page for easier reading, how do you save
>the page? Ctrl-S does not work.
<No, ctrl s doesn't work. You can do an alt+f to get to the files menu, and
type a to save as. Read the choices carefully, the file type is set to
html, and you may want it as text.
>
>3. In the help file, how does one make Jaws move to the related links at
>the bottom of a help page? Tab moves you back to the tree view window.
< I'm not sure about this one. If tab doesn't work, try up and down arrow.
>
>4. When you in counter a page on which all the material is mixed up, how
>do you de side if it is divided into columns or frames? Is there a Jaws
>key that will help me determine this?
<No, but, as I said earlier, it never hurts to reformat the page with
insert+f5.
>
>5. Can you save just one frame from a web page?
<Not that I know of.
>
>6. Is there a Jaws hot key for adding a link to the favorites page?
<No, you just do an alt+a to get to your favorites menu, and then press
enter at "add ".
>
>7. Beside's the settings Jfw recomends in the help file, are there others
>that should be changed? Which ones?
<The ones described in the help file seem to be the ost critical ones.
<Anything beyond that is up to you.
>
>Hope some one can help me.
