The dell computers are available with the ATI XPERT 98 video card, and
according to the HJ Web site this card works with JFW 3.2.

You're asking the wrong question. As far as speed goes, the faster the
better. The question you should be asking is: Do these computers come with
JFW compatible video? I haven't checked the HJ Web page lately to see how
many cards have been tested with JFW 3.2, but the Matrox line seems to be
the favorite at the moment.
Before purchasing, ask about the video options and the return policy.
