On that one, I might even give you the edge, if it were not that the 
federal courts (as I have demonstrated already) had not said otherwise.  
Archival is a right by statute and case law; and any demand for that 
right is not unreasonable.  Again, however, I'll gladly admit that too 
many people would abuse it by distributing the product.  We have the 
right to ONE 910 AND ONLY one ARCHIVE COPY OF A FLOPPY.  aNYTHING BEYOND 
THAT IS CLEARLY A COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
