speech friendly telnet application

Hi again.
does anyone know of a speech friendly telnet application that works well
with jfw 3.2.31?
I need access to a telnet application in the local helpdesk I work at to
tail logs etc.
If anyone can provide me with websites or info on speech friendly telnet
applications, I would very much like to hear from you.
