I discovered the error if jaws is showing load braille error or not, same
thing happens.  I tyred to go back and reset the load braille error, trying
it both ways, and I still have the problem..  I will try loading jaws after
the computer is running.  with out he braille display.  here is the
interesting part.  If I turn off jaws now since the braille display has been
initialized, keeping the braille display off, I do not have this problem.  I
just have the problem when I turn jaws on for the first time that day.  I
have also noted the problem after any reboot of the system.
