3.3, wp8, reading paragraphs

[Sweetman Systems]

A client reports that after upgrading to 3.3 and the new patch, she can no
longer use control + up and down arrow to move between paragraphs in a Word
Perfect 8 document.  This worked with both JFW 3.0 and 3.2.  Has anyone
else experienced this, and did you find a solution?
